  • How long does shipping take?

    Free Standard Shipping Australia-Wide (with AusPost tracking)
    Parcel Post with AusPost tracking:

    • Same state: 2–4 business days

    • Interstate: 3–6 business days

    Express Post Upgrade – $4.95 (with AusPost tracking)

    • Same state: 1–2 business days

    • Interstate: 1–3 business days

    (Free) Regular Letter Delivery Times

    • Within the same state: Approximately 3 to 5 business days.
    • Interstate: Approximately 4 to 7 business days.

    ($3 Upgrade at checkout) Priority Letter Delivery Times

    • Within the same state: Up to 3 business days.
    • Interstate: Up to 4 business days.

    International: Flat $9.95 AUD, usually 7–14 business days

     

  • Does my order come with tracking?

    Yes. Every order is sent with AusPost tracking so you can follow it from our studio to your door (except small letter shipping, which does not include tracking). You’ll see all available shipping options and details at checkout.

  • What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?

    Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can update the address. If it’s already on its way, we’ll do our best to help, but it may need to be returned to us before we can resend.

  • Do you ship outside of Australia?

    Yes. We ship worldwide, with tracking included on all orders.

  • Where is it being sent from?

    All orders are printed and packed in-house at our Central Coast, NSW studio and shipped via Australia Post.

  • International Orders – Customs & Import Fees

    Some countries may charge import taxes, VAT, or handling fees when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.
    If your order is held for payment, your postal service will send you a bill before delivery. Any fees must be paid by the recipient.

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your stickers within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked and no hassle.

    • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your stickers.
    • Send your stickers back to us.
    • Once we receive them, we’ll process your refund in full.

    Custom products usually don’t come with a return policy because they can’t be reused, but we’re so confident you’ll love your stickers that we take the risk ourselves.

  • Which currency will I be charged in?

    All orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). If you’re outside Australia, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert it to your local currency.

  • What file types do you accept?

    We accept all file types. Vector files (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG) give the sharpest results. Images should be 300dpi, but if it looks clear on your screen, it will likely print well. If not, we’ll let you know before starting.

  • What are custom car stickers and how do they work?

    Our custom car stickers are made from a photo of your car, turned into a high-quality, die-cut sticker with a contour cut around its shape.

    1. Send us a photo of your car.

    2. We create the artwork and cut line.

    3. Optionally, add your Instagram or other social media handle.

    4. We print, cut, and send your stickers to you.
      Made from premium, weatherproof vinyl, they’ll handle rain, sun, and car washes without fading or peeling. You’ll get a free digital proof before printing.

  • What are custom pet stickers and how do they work?

    Our custom pet stickers turn your favourite pet photo into a high-quality, die-cut sticker with a contour cut around their shape.

    1. Send us a photo of your pet.

    2. We create the artwork and cut line.

    3. Optionally, add your pet’s name.

    4. We print, cut, and send your stickers to you.

Ordering

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 24 hours after proof approval.

  • Do you provide print proofs?

    Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof so you can check the design and request changes before we print.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel any time before we start printing. Once printing has begun, cancellations aren’t possible, but we’ll always work with you to resolve any concerns.

     

  • What size sticker should I order?

    It depends on where you’re using it. For cars or shopfronts, bigger sizes stand out more. For laptops, water bottles, or small packaging, smaller sizes work best. If you’re unsure, ask us — we’ll help you choose.

  • How large will my stickers be?

    We size stickers by their longest edge (width or height, whichever is bigger). This keeps your design in proportion no matter the shape.

  • What are the stickers made of?

    Premium Bubble-Free vinyl with a protective laminate. The bubble-free adhesive makes it easy to apply smoothly without air pockets. Printed with eco-solvent inks for vibrant colour that lasts.

  • Are the stickers, dishwasher & microwave safe?

    Yes. They’re 100% waterproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant. They can go through the dishwasher as many times as you like and are safe to use in the microwave without fading or peeling.

  • Can I use them outdoors or on cars?

    Absolutely. Outdoor rated for 5+ years. They’re made to withstand sun, rain, wind, and regular car washes without fading or peeling when applied to a clean, smooth surface.

  • Proofing & Production Hours

    Proofing & Production Hours
    We handle proofing and production during Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

    • Proofs are prepared and updates sent within these hours.

    • Orders move into production during these times as well.

    • Anything received outside these hours will be actioned the next business day.
