4-Year Outdoor Guarantee

Every sticker we make is built to last outdoors. If it doesn't, we'll reprint it for free. Simple as that.

What does the guarantee cover?

Our stickers are made from premium polymeric vinyl with UV-resistant laminating — the same materials used for commercial vehicle signage. We guarantee they'll hold up outdoors for 4 years from the date you receive them.

If your sticker fades, cracks, or peels within that time under normal conditions, we'll reprint your order and ship it to you — completely free of charge.

Covered

  • Fading from sun and UV exposure
  • Cracking over time
  • Peeling or lifting from the surface
  • Colour deterioration
  • Normal weather exposure — rain, heat, cold

Not Covered

  • Deliberate removal or tampering
  • Scratching or physical damage
  • Intense pressure washing
  • Extreme heat sources (e.g. exhausts, engines)
  • Application to unsuitable surfaces

Surface matters

Our guarantee applies when stickers are applied to smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces — like glass, painted metal, aluminium, and vehicle panels.

Rough, textured, or porous surfaces like raw brick, untreated timber, and textured concrete aren't covered, as these can affect how well the adhesive bonds.

How to make a claim

If something's not right with your stickers, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Here's what we need:

Send us photos of the damage

Clear, close-up photos showing the fading, cracking, or peeling so we can see what's happened.

Show us where it's applied

A photo of the sticker on the surface — this helps us confirm the surface type and application.

Include your order number

So we can pull up your order and verify the 4-year window from your delivery date.

Once we've confirmed everything checks out, we'll reprint your stickers and ship them to you at no cost.

The fine print

  • The 4-year guarantee period begins from the date your order is delivered.
  • Claims must be submitted within the 4-year guarantee period.
  • The guarantee covers reprinting of the original order — not redesigns or new artwork.
  • Stickers must have been applied to a smooth, clean, non-porous surface.
  • Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unsuitable application is not covered.
  • Osign reserves the right to assess all claims before approving a reprint.
